Welcome to NupeMarket. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of nupemarket.com and any related pages, features, content, products, and services offered by NupeMarket (collectively, the “Site”). In these Terms, “NupeMarket,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to NupeMarket, and “you” and “your” refer to the person accessing the Site or placing an order.
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility and account information
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase through the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, shipping, and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may refuse service, suspend or terminate an account, cancel an order, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized resale, violations of these Terms, or harm to NupeMarket or its customers.
2. Products and product information
We work to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and other visual details may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, or production process. Because some products are printed or produced after an order is placed, minor variations in color, print placement, dimensions, or finish may occur and are not necessarily defects.
Product availability, designs, sizes, colors, materials, and specifications may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct typographical, pricing, or product-description errors at any time. If a correction materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you or cancel and refund the affected item.
Size guides are provided as general references. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size information before ordering.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase the products shown in your cart. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted or fulfilled it. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, shipping restrictions, or errors in product information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled amount. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased by one person, household, account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.
Orders cannot always be changed or canceled after they enter production or fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible if you need help with an order, but we cannot guarantee that a requested change or cancellation can be made.
4. Prices, taxes, promotions, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed before you complete checkout. Prices and promotions may change at any time, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted except when correction of an obvious error is legally permitted.
Discount codes and promotions may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, and quantity limits. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, applied retroactively, redeemed for cash, or used in connection with unauthorized resale. We may cancel or adjust a promotion that is used fraudulently or contrary to its stated terms.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order. By completing checkout, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total shown. We do not directly control processing times imposed by banks, card issuers, payment services, or other financial institutions.
5. Production, shipping, and delivery
Some NupeMarket products are produced or fulfilled by third-party partners after an order is placed. Production and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, unless we expressly state otherwise. Delivery timing may be affected by product availability, production volume, carrier operations, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
We will ship orders within the timeframe stated at checkout or in the applicable product or shipping information. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation opportunity, or refund required by applicable law.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be your responsibility to the extent permitted by law. Once an order has shipped, tracking updates and delivery scans are generally supplied by the carrier. Contact us promptly if tracking shows a delivery problem so we can review the available information and determine the appropriate next steps.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or similar fees unless checkout expressly states that such charges are included. International orders may be subject to local restrictions and customs delays.
6. Returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds
Returns, exchanges, damaged or defective products, incorrect items, and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy posted on the Site and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review that policy before purchasing, particularly because made-to-order, customized, personalized, clearance, or final-sale products may have different eligibility rules.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within the period stated in our Return and Refund Policy and retain the item, packaging, and photographs that may help us evaluate the issue. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer law.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless applicable law requires otherwise. The time for a refund to appear may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
7. Gift cards, store credit, and affiliate offers
Gift cards and store credits, when offered, may be subject to additional terms presented at purchase or issuance. They may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law and may not be resold or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Some links or discount codes may be associated with NupeMarket affiliates or brand ambassadors. Eligible purchases may result in a commission or other benefit to the referring affiliate without increasing the customer’s purchase price, unless otherwise disclosed.
8. Intellectual property
The Site and its content—including original artwork, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, logos, page layouts, videos, and software—are owned by or licensed to NupeMarket and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for personal, noncommercial use of the Site, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, create derivative works from, scrape, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission from the applicable rights owner.
Names, crests, symbols, logos, and other marks appearing on products or the Site may be trademarks or other protected property of their respective owners. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of, or grant a license to reproduce or commercially use, any artwork, design, name, mark, or other intellectual property.
9. Reviews, photographs, and other submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, suggestion, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe another person’s rights, misrepresent your experience, contain unlawful material, or include malicious code.
You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting it directly to NupeMarket for publication or by tagging or otherwise clearly inviting NupeMarket to feature it, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, resize, format, display, and share that content for operating and promoting NupeMarket, subject to applicable law. Where reasonably practicable, we may identify you using the name or social-media handle associated with the submission. You may contact us to request that we stop using your submitted content in future materials; previously printed, distributed, or completed materials may not be retractable.
We may moderate or remove submitted content, but we are not obligated to publish or retain it.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use the Site to violate any law; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; submit false information; introduce malware; interfere with Site security or operation; scrape or harvest data through automated means; attempt unauthorized access; impersonate another person; conduct fraudulent transactions; or use Site content or products for unauthorized resale, reproduction, or commercial exploitation.
11. Third-party services and links
The Site may rely on or link to third-party services such as payment processors, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, and other websites. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services that we do not own or control, although this does not limit our obligations regarding your NupeMarket order under applicable law.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy and, where available, through our cookie-preference controls. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components. Products are subject to any express descriptions, warranties, and consumer protections provided at the time of purchase. We do not disclaim or limit warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NupeMarket and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of opportunity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, and they do not affect non-waivable consumer rights.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NupeMarket and its owners, employees, and contractors from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person’s rights. This provision does not require you to indemnify any party for its own unlawful conduct or negligence where such an obligation is prohibited by law.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent the law of your state or country provides protections that cannot be waived by contract.
Before filing a legal claim, you and NupeMarket agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. Please send a written description of the issue and the requested resolution to the contact information below. If the dispute cannot be resolved, any legal proceeding may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, subject to any venue or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be waived.
17. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Severability, waiver, and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the affected provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with the policies and any product-specific or promotional terms referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and NupeMarket concerning the Site and purchases made through it.
